I had this company work on my Hayward heat pump. Despite their being the recommended service company, the owner, Barry, who is also the device technician, knew very little about them. On top of that, I was charged $100 for a 45 minute job, $90 for 3 lbs of freon and a $200 trip charge when they said it would be $100. Very disappointed and I would never recommend them to anyone.
