Warren Satellite Communications

Review: Installer contacted my wife by telephone. He said he was offering a free upgrade offered by our existing satellite internet company. When he arrived he was wearing a T-shirt with the logo of our existing satellite company. He told my wife that it was a regular upgrade and wouldn't cost any extra. He did not leave the signed contract. He charged her $40 for a new router. (Warren Communications was the entity she wrote the check to.) Now we find out that we signed up for 2 years with HughesNet, even though we already have a satellite service company and are still under contract to them.I have tried to contact the installer company. Warren Communications has not returned my calls. They have not returned my emails (h[redacted]@gmail.com).My complaint: They sold us something other than what they promised.Desired Settlement: Return all my money, remove all equipment that was installed, get H[redacted] to cancel our contract and return all our money.
