Warren Hay is our local AC/heating company and we have used them twice now. Although we had to replace an upstairs cooling and heating system, we were given estimates for 3 Trane products. I compared them to another company, who came out and gave estimates, and WHM was much more affordable for a more efficient Trane system. Our old unit (17 years old) needed to be replaced and our home was getting unbearable for 2 children. I'm grateful that they moved our family up on the list and were able to send out 4 guys to get this unit installed within 4 hours or so.","pos-1

I have been pleased with the customer service we've received from Warren-Hay from both a sales and service aspect. We switched to them after a bad experience with another HVAC company.
