We installed three different sets of logs and none of them would stay lit. The gas log company that we purchased the logs from would not stand behind their product. We have since returned all the logs and do not have any dealing with that company.
However where Mrs. [redacted] is concerned. We tried...
several different sets of logs with no success. The gas logs was not there only source of heat. We did remove the logs that we installed and refunded their payment for gas logs.
