My husband got a settlement check for the car accident he was in 2021 and this company put my name on the check and I am not their client and they will not do anything about it to correct this situation so now my husband is unable to cash the check. This company claims because we are married my name has to go on the check which I know for a fact is not true. I contacted them through chat and the chat person was even rude to me too. They basically refused to correct this for my husband and I. I am not their client and my name should never be on the settlement check which can mess up my claim with my law firm that is representing me in the car accident case.
I would never recommend this company to nobody.
