Warner's Mobil

(This has happened on multiple occasions)

Either their pumps aren't working, or Mobil card is rendered useless after attempting to get gas at that location. After trying multiple locations, card is DECLINED. I called Mobil's customer service and they said they don't know what is happening. They say my account is fine, no holds, yet I'm getting declined. While I was on the phone with them I tried multiple times at different locations and same result, Declined! They have no clue on what the issue is. So who does know what is happening? Who do I talk to get some sort of assurance that my account is not compromised? Workers at the Warner location are incompetent, and provide little to zero assistance. Mobil's customer service was not any better either. I have been a card holder for over 40 years and this just started to happen consistently, so I'm assuming it's the Warner Mobil that is fishy, as I have had issues with them in the past. I used to talk highly of Exxon/Mobil gas but that has changed.

Too many issues with this brand has let me down, and I will be using a different brand from now on.
