I just spoke to *** yesterday and apologized that his calls did not get returned and that he was unhappy with the results of our fertilizer and weed control program. We have a lot of staff to field phone calls and retrieve voice messages, but for some reason Craig's message never got to
us. I did refund him his full amount for the season. I did also offer free fertilizer and weed control, core aeration and gypsum for the season. He accepted my offer and I told him we would guarantee that his lawn would be looking great and gave him my direct phone number if any issues arise next season.In summary, I appreciate *** reaching out and providing feedback. My company tries to offer the best customer service and best results for our customers' properties.
