After an examination of this situation, I found that we had sent a replacement part to the customer in hopes that this would resolve his issue. I also found where the customer had re-contacted us after receiving the part requesting a replacement of the defective item. I could not find where we had...

resolved his issue and I apologize for the lapse in communication that resulted in this complaint being filed.I have requested a replacement item be sent to the customer as soon as this complaint was received, and the customer should see the parts arriving shortly.
