I am rejecting this response because: Service parts do not take two weeks to ship, not even from ChinaWarn winches are made in the USA as their parts correct? Skimping on service part shipping instead of replacing a new winch was Warn priority apparently; anything to save a buck I guessNot only did Warn not care about potential customer loss several hundred dollars in diesel were lost during this interactionI know I am not the first to encounter problems of this nature with this company and that is clearly evident on sites Warn has no influence

We have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and provide the following response.Warn Industries Inc. has not had any direct dealings with Mr. [redacted].  His warranty claim was submitted and handled by an independent third party, [redacted] in Colorado Springs, CO.  [redacted]...

[redacted] is an Authorized WARN service center independently owned and operated.  [redacted] submitted a warranty claim form and order to Warn Ind. for the parts needed to repair Mr. [redacted]'s winch on 5-30-17.  Warn Ind. shipped the required parts back to [redacted] on 6-1-17.  Copies of the claim form and sales order are attached for reference.  Although there are times when service parts may be on back order we try to have most items available to ship within 3-5 days and were able to ship this item in two days.We do not have any further information regarding the amount of time that Mr. [redacted]'s winch was in Predator's possession waiting for repairs.  That information would need to be obtained from them.If Mr. [redacted] has additional questions or concerns regarding the service he received he may contact me directly at [redacted].Sincerely,Karl C[redacted]Risk & Compliance ManagerWarn Industries
