Warehouse M & Associates is a wholesaler and not positioned to directly deal with the consumer. All of our support occurs with the reseller of our products. (furniture stores)
This customer elected to buy this product from a "Going Out of Business Sales" and it is challenging to service any customer directly without the mediation and support of the retailer.
More specifically, we have enclosed a copy of the Warranty which we will support beyond our legal obligation to facilitate this consumer. However, we Cannot be responsible for the "Transportation Costs" which is clearly stated in the Warranty. Our Wholesale logistics team is not insured or qualified to do in home pick ups or deliveries. We depend on the retailer (dealer) to do that for us and they elect to charge or absorb the cost of the pick up from the consumer to their store and ultimately the transportation back to the factory.
We do not have proof of what promises the retailer who closed their doors made to the consumer, but we will honor the warranty and repair the sofa if the consumer brings it to our facility.
