This costumer name doesn't match my records, but we do have a sell with this invoice numberFirst of all, all the chest was cover
in plastic that's the way we always get them by the factoryIs true that are policy say no refunds no return but it also say that there is factory warrantyIf there was any issues with the chest the most appropriate way was at lest to give us a call which they never didWe can exchange the chest if it really has a factory issuesThey can bring it at the store and chose another one

It does not say anything about factory warranty which is why we decided to file a complaint because the policy needs to be more flexibleIf something like this were to happen to someone else at least they would know what to doAlso, not all of them were covered in plastic which is why it seemed rather strangeLastly, we did call there was no response, and it would be the nice thing for the store to check the merchandise before they sell it to someone elseIt will spare both the customer and the owner stressThank you for your response

The conversation we had on the phone had no mention of asking for $backI offered to refund the money in full and cancel the order since the customer accused my family of not paying the governmentHe declined. The advertisement states that you have to spend $to get $which
is what we did for the customerIf I were to take $off the subtotal then the customer would only be spending $and the government would not be receiving their fair share. I also stated that we are audited every year and have NEVER been found out of compliance with the taxing authorities. A check for $will be in the mail to the customer regardless to satisfy the perceived wrongdoingThe full amount of taxes will also be going to the government as noted in my telephone conversation.Out of people that came to my store this month, this customer is the only person that accused us of being misleadingSorry for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:
AFTER SPEAKING WITH MY BANK THIS MORNING IT APPEARS THAT THE VENDOR HAS NOT REFUNDED...
THE MONEY WITH THE TRANSACTION PROCESSED YESTERDAY BUT THEY HAVE ACTUALLY CHARGED THE AMOUNT FOR A SECOND TIME. PER FIDELITY THE TRANSACTION PERFORMED YESTERDAY WAS ANOTHER DEBIT PURCHASE OF 378.86 TOTALING 757.72 DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THIS IS NOW A 522.36 OVERDRAFT ON MY ACCOUNT.
