Review: Our son was a student in Warabay Karate for aprox 8 years, he finished his black degree in 2013, My son was to receive his Junior Ni done certificate in December 2013, we were out of town and was not able to pick it up, [redacted] said she would mail the certificate, after texting and emails go unanswered we ask for your assistance to make contact to see what their problem is that they are unable to put the certificate in the mail to our son.Desired Settlement: Make contact with [redacted] or [redacted] and ask why we have not received our sons certificate in the mail ? All we ask is that they mail our sons certificate by mail as they said they would.
