Review: I had a house fire and hired dan to come and rebuild my house. We went tthrough I ordered my blue prints we agreed on a price signed contracts and he required a deposit to order supplies. I gave him a deposit of $40,000 dollars and I haven't been able to get a hold of him since. And it's now passed the date given for ground breaking.Desired Settlement: Refund of deposit $40,000. Refund of blueprints $700And remaining funds I lost from insurence because contract was not fullfilled.
