Food was delivered approximately two hours late and cold.My order was placed approximately at 8:30pm Dec 5 2014. The order did not arrive until 10:20 pm. When I initially called to complain about my order I was told I never placed an order from that establishment. After careful review of my receipt I called back with the receipt number and time and date the receipt was printed. The Employee told me I would have to come to the restaurant and receive a refund. I explained I could not go to the restaurant because I am physically handicapped and unable to travel without assistance whom was not present at the time. They told me I would not receive a refund unless I came to them which I felt was completely unfair considering I paid a delivery charge just to receive cold and late food. It's sad that the business does not take customer satisfaction seriously and I truly hope no one else has to experience this disgusting service.Desired SettlementI would like to be refunded my $17.62 with receipt in hand for the inconvenience.

Me and my co worker ordered a 30 dollar order and when my food arrived I noticed that I only had 1 shrimp in my entire order. My two co workers were witnesses to this so I immediately called them she stated that they would send me another order out. After waiting a hour I recalled to inquire about my order this time the owner got on the phone and told me I was lying and hung up on me. I am writing because if any consumer pays for something they should get exactly what they ask for. On I was promised a reorder and just to turn in the untouched order and then I was shunned by the owner.
