***'s daughter, *** We called *** back at *** on the same date We explained to *** that her mother was covered by United American Insurance Company under a Medicare Plan F, her enrollment date was 11/1/and she is currently covered *** told us that she had recently moved her mother into her house because of her mothers memory loss issues We told *** we received calls from her mother but she did not leave a phone number The old number we have for *** *** was *** and we have called it several times, it just rings with nobody answering which makes sense since Mrs*** has moved in with her daughter Please contact me with any further questions. *** ** *** ***President of Wangelin Insurance Agency, Inc
