I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I do not expect any satisfaction in resolving this complaint.  If this is the way central states does business, we will no longer do business with them.  When I called in for prices and information I was quoted $15 yd.  At this time central states should have stated the difference between the $15 yd stone and the $18 yd stone but they did not, nor did they say when the stone was delivered that they brought 3/4" stone, the stone they say we purchased and delivered a couple years earlier.  That is misleading and or deceptive.  In my 17 years in sales if I misquoted a price, I had to eat the difference.  The mileage charge I was quoted over the phone was also $1 per mile, not $2.  Finally, when I called for a quote central states did not say there was any difference in price if you bought 1 yd, 10 yds or 100 yds.  We were told the truck that delivers the bobcat would hold 5 yards, so we ordered the maximum amount we were told the truck would hold, 5 yards.  We were never told the stone would be $28 yd.  When someone calls for prices and information, they should be given complete information on prices and services.
