Wash machine broke down. We were without a machine for 2 months. Business/ warrenty fixed the machine. Machine still not working properly. Customer was told by business that the extended warrenty will not cover the additional cost to fix the machine- there is no more money avaiable from the warrenty.It is up to the customer to fix the machine.Product_Or_Service: [redacted] WasherDesired SettlementI would like the machine replaced. [redacted]Business Response [redacted]This washer was purchased in December 2011. The factory warranty is for 1 year. They purchased additional warranty from [redacted]. They have used all the insurance that was available to them. We have handled all the service that was our responsibility. If they have have a problem with this warranty or machine. It is past our warranty and if they feel they have a claim it should be with [redacted] or [redacted]. We have tried to help them as much as we can.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)We don't think they fixed it right to start with. I think they should of put the price of parts and labour into consideration. And if it was gonna be more than the machine. They (Walters) should of offered to replace the machine. Now we've had it back a week. Water leaked out of it through the floor wrecked the typing roof downstairs, sounds like a jet is going through our house when it spins, turns itself on and off yet. And Walters tells us we've used up our warranty. We have 2 years on a [redacted] appliance we understood. And extended warranty was another 2 years we understood. [redacted]
