Review: Walters construction replaced roof, which leaks into living space down walls and from light fixtures. Floor, walls, stained/paint peeling. Room now moldy- smelling. Mr, Walters promised to correct in Dec. 2013. Repairs never made, Mr, Walters will not return repeated phone calls.Desired Settlement: repair roof leak, repair consequential damage.
