Walters Buildings

Have been in an on going discussions with the sales manager, (***) for going on close to a year and a half now, concerning chipping of the painted steel panels on the front of my Walters buildings Pole Building, there have been multiple phone calls, and messages left concerning the matter, initially *** stated that the steel will need to be replaced on the front of the building, so discussing this went on back and forth for the better part of a year with no results at all, there was approx. 6 to 7 phone calls during that time to *** and he always assured me that the matter was being looked into and that he would get back to me soon, but he never did it was always me calling him though he would return most of my calls no results were ever produced, so the last phone call I made to *** I left a message on his cell phone, stating I feel I am getting the run around from Walters Buildings and I am getting very tired of the whole deal and something needs to get done about it. and *** did call me back and left a message , stating that now Walters buildings wants to paint the steel panels on the front of the pole building, instead of replacing the steel, which is totally ridiculous and would not look proper, *** himself told me in the beginning that repainting is not a good option and that the steel will need to be replaced, And so as time keeps marching on once again, have not heard from them since ***'s last phone call which was approx. a month and a half ago....I am very displeased with this situation...
