We are sorry the client is still not happy with the suggested resolution and we are trying to work with in the warranty and guidelines.We have agreed to replace the effected area under the clients warranty We are offering an exchange as a one time exceptionThere is a fee to exchange. We have generously lowered it drastically. If she does not wish to pay a fee, we will replace the area where the fabric has been damaged at no charge underthe warranty. Please work with us and help us close this matter. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: THEY WILL NOT TELL ME WHAT A REPLACEMENT FEE IS. Fabric that I chose wore badly, arm and seat velour fabric involved. They will not verbally or in writing tell me what a REPLACEMENT FEE isIt's not in the legal Terms and Conditions!! so this isn't in the legal agreementThis fee jumped up out of nowhere, I've never seen it in print HOWEVER, my lovely, kind, current sales person, Ann *., said "all I need to do is come in and pick out new fabric with a better wear Grade. She said "You will have to pay if there is a difference in the cost per yard to recover it is more". I told her "that is fine, BUT WHAT IS THIS REPLACEMENT FEE?" IS IT TO CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR? She said "THIS IS WHAT IS COMING DOWN FROM ABOVE (Management) She couldn't elaborate I am recovering and should be out of the house soon.Sincerely, *** *** I will come in when complications from lung cancer surgery are resolved.

I am happy to report that we resolved this issue with the client. The chair was located and confirmed this morning and we will honor the sale. Client has been contacted and is picking up the chair this week. Thank you.
