Because of the nature of this, I would like to receive a signed invoice indicating paid in full, prior to my accepting the response in the Revdex.com website. They allow days. That way, we know this is a closed issue. I regret that it had to come to this, especially after the business we have already done together. A little communication would have helped avoid it

Although a written proposal was provided and accepted for the service preformed; I recognize our brochure lacks clarity The brochures intention is to introduce our other services while offering a discount on any FUTURE services!We shall grant the desired settlement and issue a "paid in full"
