In response to complaint #***, this matter was rectified on 06/03/15. I had to order of the garage door remotes and they were on back order. Due to an out of state death in my family, I was unable to either respond to Mr*** or get to his house. I have since dropped
of the remotes but had had to go back and program them since Mr*** could not. I have spoken with Mr*** and he was very understanding and happy to get this all finished
