Review: This company is a scam artist. I was searching for background check websites and its hard to find websites that will allow you to use them unless you are a business owner or a landlord. This one advertises that you can use them for employment history, criminal checks, and "much more" per the advertisement on the web page. Its funny how they had no problem taking my money and once that happened coincidentally the website was having errors and then once it started 'functioning' again it did nothing but give me public record websites for each state, except for the one I live in of course. Then not only do they not give their own personal business line for customer support but its their automated third party payment company 2co.com who you call to cancel. Its impossible to get a real person on the phone and the website is a total sham. Now I am out 6.99 and no info. Furious does not even begin to explain the feeling I have currently.

I would like a refund of my 6.99 but its not just about the money for me. 6.99 really is not a big deal its the principle of the matter at hand. After I had my issue I started researching the company to see if maybe I should just wait it out and give them the benefit of the doubt. That's when I found many others that had blogged about this company online trying to do exactly what I am trying to do with this complaint, stop others from getting scammed the way I have been scammed.
