Review: Very poor professionalism --I used walls tress service to cut down three trees and to have the stumps grounded he cut down all three tree and ground one stump the other two were un able to be ground due to my neighbor 4 ft wired fence was in the way but he agree to return to finish the job. well after speaking with my neighbor I call [redacted] walls to set up a time frame to get the rest of the stump grounded he get a attitude begin to insult me saying he not do it cause the machine will get damage as I began explain to him my neighbor agree to remove the fence so he can finish the job he get more Insulting on the phone because I refuse to pay him more money to finish a job that he was already pay to do he a is a very distrustful person and If you are smart and want someone who will do great business with and will no decide you then wall tree service is not the company you want to deal with I also have picture of the half as work he did in my yardDesired Settlement: To come back to finish the term we agree on he was paid $1,500 for 3 tree to be cut down and for the stumps to be ground and hailed away only one has been done the neighbor has agree to remove the fence so the two remaining trees can be ground I also have sent him photo showin that one of the tree that still had some of the fence In Grown into it that had been cut away so he can cut finish cuttin the the rest of the tree down
