Review: On November 6, 2015, I atranged to have a technician from Walls Electrical Service come over and provide a free estimate, but instead I was just charged $340 for troubleshooting that lasted no more than 30 minutes (the problem ended being a tripped GFCI switch). At no point in time was it ever clear when the estimate portion ended and service for troubleshoot began; what took place was completely dishonest and unethical. I'm also not sure how it possible to provide an estimate without telling the customer what the cost will be upfront, this should be considered criminal. In addition, any service provider who charges an amount that so far beyond that of industry accepted rates should not be able to be able to do business.Desired Settlement: To be charged the company's normal hourly rate for the work which took place.
