I am rejecting this response because:The issue was repaired only once which was last week We were
promised a repair about 4-times, but the company did not show up Regarding, salt water, this was part of the pool design and should have been stated prior to the installation We are not experiencing the erosion any where else on the pool or patio Hopefully the patch which was applied will resolve the issue.

This issue has been repaired 4-5 times. We just went back to the residence to repair it again last week. They customer is using salt water, that erodes the concrete.
