We purchased a new storm and front entry door for our house from Wallingford Home Services. After the work was completed we noticed that the door frame was shimmed up with cardboard, allowing cool/ warm air along with insects to enter our home. The storm door also does not shut properly and the trim is starting to peel off. Our door was installed in November of 2016 and our warranty has not been met on installation and is due to run out in November of this year (2017) I have made numerous phone call attempts to the company, left voice mail, been hung up on. I have sent photos along with a letter describing complaints to the address provided on the proposal with no response.
