pictures via text of the work he needed done. I would then review and provide him with an estimate. [redacted] sent the pictures and an estimate of $400.00 was given to him for the work in the images. Approximately 6 weeks later, [redacted] accepted the estimate and scheduled the work to be performed.The work was performed August 12, 2016 by [redacted] Upon arrival, I received a call that the customer had additional work to be performed. [redacted] spoke with [redacted] about the additional work being $100.00 under my direction. [redacted] refused and [redacted] performed the tuck pointing on the back porch. I instructed him to go ahead and do the additional tuck pointing on the back porch. Upon completion of the work [redacted] was present and paid [redacted] for the work and even assisted [redacted] in tarping the completed work to prevent damage from rain. At no time did [redacted] express dissatisfaction with the work performed.Several weeks later [redacted] contacted me regarding the poor clean up on the job. I requested [redacted] to send me pictures of the complaint for my review. [redacted] sent a few images of three (3) handfuls of small debris. Customer satisfaction is important so I will reimburse [redacted] the $147.00 paid to perform additional clean up.
