I ordered 3 puzzles from this company. I was charged $10 for shipping. The packages came postage due of 37.10. The post office informed me that they had incorrectly labeled the package as 'media? to get a lower postal fee. They also misrepresented the weight of the package. They only put $4.10 of postage on the package.
They were completely unwilling to resolve the issue. Ignored every email and request for help I sent.

We were advised by our *** mail carrier in Memphis, Tennessee that we should use Media Mail as a way to ship our puzzles, as they fall under educational items. We shipped one group under Media Mail and had three similar instances where we were unexpectedly charged extra shipping. We have since fully refunded those accounts 100% for their trouble.
We have issued a 10% refund for this customers order. We also refunded the $10.95 for shipping and also refunded the requested $37.10 for extra shipping. We issued a refund for the amount of $54.95.

Company refunded the stated amount. I wish they had answered my emails and *** complaint so we didn't have to go this far.
