Bought a used car from themdays later I had to change a year old battery (how that missed the "GM certified" tests is beyond me), sensor, Traction Control sensor...oh, and the Engine
The service team was useless, and the mangers just said, "that's bad luck man, but we didn't build it."
Sure, they are friendly...because its easier to rip you off if you like them
Between this, and the poor service my parent got when they bought new here, I encourage people to ALWAYS look elsewhereYou're less than minutes from Ann Arbor to buy, and WAY better service shops that are in town
