When the customers say that their son was successfully checked out that is not true because it was in such bad shape we had to spend days cleaning itThe son himself told the owner *** *** to just take the fees out of the damage deposit because he made no attempt to clean the placeWe
did not keep their money because they didn't renew with us, we withheld the $because of all the cleaning we had to do over the yearsEven though they cleaned the second apartment themselves, we still had to go in a clean behind appliances, bathroom, air conditioner filters, etc...places that tenants don't usually remember to clean. How our security deposit policy goes is if a tenant would like to move into another apartment we let them transfer their security deposit (what they have left of it after cleaning their previous apartment) to the new place instead of having to pay an entirely new one. As for the pest control matter, when the tenant moved from one apartment to the other they transported roaches in their belongingsThe roaches originated from the first place because it was such a mess in there but then continued to breed and live in the second apartment because of the way they were living with dirty dishes and trashWe bombed and sprayed at their request when they first moved into the second apartment but was never aware they had to hire ***The tenants before them and the tenants after them have never complained of a roach problemAs for pictures, we have plenty and are willing to send the rest at your request

My friend in America informed me that he had received a refund of $340 in check by my name on the 28th of Sep from Walker Rentals and he had it cashed already for me.
