Review: I saw a Dr. Kory E[redacted] at this clinic in June. He had me take a blood test and said he would call me to discuss the results. However, Dr. E[redacted] never called. Meanwhile, I received a bill on 29 July for the labs Dr.E[redacted] had me take. Why am I being charged for something when the doctor failed to discuss my results with me.Also, when I went to this clinic in June, the receptionists were very unprofessional--gossiping with each other while patients were waiting for their assistance. I raised this with Dr. E[redacted], and he said many patients have complained about the receptionists and he had me speak to the clinic director, who apologized.Desired Settlement: I don't see why I am being charged for labs when the doctor who requested I have the blood work done fails to call me--as he promised he would--to discuss the results.
