Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,

Review: I am one resident in a complex of 72 apartments being remodeled by this company. My complaints are my own, but I have heard much worse.
We weren't given the ability to hire or fire them due to our apartment complex forcing us to have our place remodeled by them. Regardless of the work, I did not enjoy coming home to hear for my wife that the workers would blatantly talk about who they would f[redacted] that weekend right in front of my wife and kids.
When it came to the work, it took them one full week to do our windows. It should have been done in one day, but they elected to put plastic over them for three days without so much as securing the windows or even locking them. Three days later, they took the 30 minutes to finish them. This was in the middle of winter with two toddlers.
Our washing machine and dryer were completely reinstalled except that they didn't hook up the lint vent and didn't tell us.
Finally, they broke a book shelf, the base of our couch, our door lock, and installed our dishwasher and dryer incorrectly. I could have understood that mistakes happen, but they never so much as hinted that they had broken things.Desired Settlement: Replacement or repair of several broken items.
Since we can't fire them and they will continue to be in our complex, we would like to see some steps taken to stop the sexual harassment before it becomes a court issue.
Apologies issued throughout our apartment complex.
