I am rejecting this response because:avenue 5 was the owner of the property. I left on the last day of December 2014. They sent the collection to pay for the make ready of the apartment to re-lease. My apt #321

When using our car wash a set purchase price is not determined until the customer is finished washing their vehicle. The final price is determined when the customer hits the "Stop" button. This is noted on all of our bays. A preauthorized amount will show as a pending "authorization"...

on your account. Once the "Stop" button is hit and the final sales price is determined then this amount is transmitted to your financial institution for processing.  The pending preauthorization will go away and the actual purchase price will post to your account. The only way that the preauthorized amount would actually post to your account is if you DID NOT select the "Stop" button and you allowed the time to run out. Providing your name or the last 4 digits of your card number would allow me to see exactly what happened.

Greystar has not managed Hillside Creek since late September 2014.  We no longer have access to records or resident files.  Please contact the new management company for help with resolving this issue.  The new management company is Avenue 5.
