When using our car wash a set purchase price is not determined until the customer is finished washing their vehicleThe final price is determined when the customer hits the "Stop" buttonThis is noted on all of our baysA preauthorized amount will show as a pending "authorization" on your accountOnce the "Stop" button is hit and the final sales price is determined then this amount is transmitted to your financial institution for processing The pending preauthorization will go away and the actual purchase price will post to your accountThe only way that the preauthorized amount would actually post to your account is if you DID NOT select the "Stop" button and you allowed the time to run outProviding your name or the last digits of your card number would allow me to see exactly what happened
