Review: On October 31, 2014, I requested the services of Mark ** S[redacted] who indicated that he would perform the investigation services at the price of $40.00 and to send payment via [redacted] which I did as indicated in the transaction regarding this matter. Mark *. S[redacted] indicated that he would have the services completed and returned to me on Monday November 3, 2014. On Monday November 3, 2014 I received no communication from Mark *. S[redacted]. I sent several emails and placed a telephone call to Mark *. S[redacted] inquiring as to the status of my request for investigation services. I received no response from Mark *. S[redacted]. Again on November 4, 2014, I sent an additional inquiry to Mark *. S[redacted] regarding the status of my request. I received a short email from Mark *. S[redacted] that he was having computer problems and would follow-up. Since November 4, 2014 I have received no communications from Mark *. S[redacted]. I requested that Mark *. S[redacted] cancel my request for investigation services as he failed to provide the data as promised on November 3, 2014. I have sent Mark *. S[redacted] 5 additional emails requesting that my $40.00 dollars be returned to me as he did not provide the services as promised and has not communicated with me. On November 5, 2014 I opened a formal dispute regarding my [redacted] payment of $40.00 to Mark *. S[redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to received a refund for the $40.00 paid to Mr. S[redacted] at Waldman & Associates. As he failed to provide investigation services as promised by November 3, 2014.

S[redacted] 5 additional emails requesting that my $40.00 dollars be returned to me as he did not provide the services as promised and has not communicated with me. On November 5, 2014 I opened a formal dispute regarding my [redacted] payment of $40.00 to Mark *. S[redacted].Desired Settlement: I expect Mr. S[redacted] to refund my business the $40.00 that was paid for services and the services were not performed as promised.
