and a contract signed. To help accommodate the non-refundable deposit, the Club Manager contacted them and offered two solutions that would benefit the complainant in not losing their deposit. 1) If July 25th, got booked with another event, the Club would give them back 50% ($300) of the non-refundable deposit(it did not get booked) 2) They would have a $credit that they could use for dinners, reception, party, etc. These two offers were not accepted by the complainant. We have tried to be very accommodating and sensitive to the complainant to resolve this dispute over the non-refundable deposit. General Manager
