We recently purchased the home. We allow Walbert into my home to perform duct cleaning. Based on a recommend from a family member. We understand that the technicians will use the push pull method. After looking a some y**t[redacted] videos, that seemed like that most updated way business was conducted. However, once the technician arrive then connected a vacuum to the main system (like in the y[redacted]e videos). I then departed to accomplish some other chores around the home, while they were connecting the vacuum. About 30 minutes later, I found the technician with a leaf blower point at my vent with the COVER STILL ON. I then inquiring what was going on. He explained that is was the push pull methods they use. THE METHODS PRODUCED A BACKFLOW INTO MY UPSTAIRS VENT. The other technician remove the trash that was in the vents. However, upon their departure I ask them what about the trash from the vents and they say, "you can just sweep it up." I did not expect for $240 to have a leaf blower and have to sweep up after them. I did call and complain to the owner and his wife. I am now seek a company that will do their due diligence.
