Wakefield Glass replaced screens on my deck in the summer One of the screens popped out and I contacted Wakefield Glass to ask them to fix - At first they told me I could fix it myself by getting this tool at the hardware store HUH? - Then they explained to come the miles to my location, I would be assessed a service charge - When I expressed displeasure about this (heck, it had been less than months and the screen was falling out? I view this is a poor installation on THEIR part), they agreed to do for no charge the next time they were in the area It's now been months and I have not seen or heard from them I consider this substandard work and poor customer service AVOID this business

Wakefield Glass replaced 2 screens on my deck in the summer 2014. One of the screens popped out and I contacted Wakefield Glass to ask them to fix.
- At first they told me I could fix it myself by getting this tool at the hardware store. HUH?
- Then they explained to come the 4.5 miles to my location, I would be assessed a service charge.
- When I expressed displeasure about this (heck, it had been less than 6 months and the screen was falling out? I view this is a poor installation on THEIR part), they agreed to do for no charge the next time they were in the area.

It's now been 6 months and I have not seen or heard from them. I consider this substandard work and poor customer service. AVOID this business.
