On Friday, September *, 2017 I purchased waist beads online from Waist beads by Sewra's website. I purchased item "Forces if Nature" size 41" in the amount of $180.00. Once my purchase was complete was emailed a receipt which provided my customer ID: *** and order number: ***. The receipt also included a note stating that orders are hand made and are shipped 3-4 weeks after purchase and a separate email with tracking information will be sent once order is shipped.
It's been over 4 weeks and I have not received my order. I've contacted the seller multiple times via the email address (***) mentioned in the receipt and website with no response. I also left a comment on their Facebook page still no response.
I would like to receive my order or a full refund. Thank you.
