Wagtime

Review: I purchased a $1,000 package for services. My dog no longer lives in the area as of September 2013 and I have no further need for my remaining credit at Wagtime. My staff and I have contacted Ofer by email no fewer than five times (11/14/13, 10/31/13, 10/15/13, 10/3/13, 9/23/13) asking what their policy is regarding unused balances and a possible refund. There has been only one reply on 10/4/13 where Ofer indicated that he would "look into it and get back to you."Desired Settlement: A refund of the remaining credit of approximately $207 or explanation of their policy of how the credit can be transferred or used.
