In follow up to our conversation on Friday and my site visit with your husband, Big Trees will replace the one dead Norway spruce it closest to the street per the warranty agreement.
We will also fertilize all of the trees planted by Big Trees this spring and also extend the...

warranty for these trees until June 1,201.
I am very sorry for the misunderstanding with our salesperson regarding,  the condition of the other trees. I can see by the entire landscape that a great deal of time and effort goes into maintaining your landscape.
This work will be completed this fall. I will contact you prior to make arrangement for access into the fenced area.
