Waggy Tails Walking

Upon termination of dog walking services with Waggy Tails on 3 August 2019, I requested return of my house key. Mr. Chip G, owner of the business, confirmed possession of the key on 13 August and stated that he mailed the key to my home on 16 August via regular mail, without insurance or confirmation receipt requested. Despite several follow up reminders, as of 12 September I have not received my key. If the key was indeed mailed, the security of my home and safety of family is at risk as there is a house key in an envelope with my address available to whomever happens to come across it. If the key was never mailed, Mr. G has an unauthorized key to my home. In either case, Mr. G was entrusted with my house key to fulfill the dog walking contract in accordance with our business agreement. The business agreement has been terminated and he has failed to uphold his legal responsibility to ensure return of my house key to me.
