Working with Wages Goldstar Roofing and Gutter was an excellent experience They only install in excellent conditions and finish, most if not all of the job, in one hour day They do come back for clean up the next day The roof options and suggestions were excellent; they do not try and "up sale" you on something you don't need They provide a year no leak warrantee, show that they have their workers insured for 1,000,dollars, and the roof we selected is warrantied for life through GAF as long as we own the house(years transferrable) Working with the owners was a very pleasant experience too The first crew of @show up to tear off the existing roof and repair any damage; then cover the roof with the under shingle material you select They include a "normally expected" amount of wood and labor for any repairs (my job did not go over the allotted amount and we had several rotted wood places that were repaired The owner returns to inspect that the under material is installed correctly, then a second set of @workers show up to install the shingles and ridge vents Note: the Lead installer and his workers were very competent (he spent hours re flashing my chimney days before the job started -they also replaced other flashing The roof looks excellent and my neighbors have commented that they love our new roof We love the way it looks too We did have some of the gutters replace which took another 1/dayGreat job and experience

They provide a 10 year no leak warrantee, show that they have their workers insured for 1,000,000 dollars, and the roof we selected is warrantied for life through GAF as long as we own the house(30 years transferrable).
