I am rejecting this response because:
I have been promised this refund several times prior to this and it is always the same reply when I inquire as to why I have not received it; "the check is (or will be) mailed and you will receive it by next week".  I have no trust in this reply anymore as it has gone on for six weeks.

At this point in time, there is nothing further Intercar, Inc. can do. As you can see from the repair orders provided by the customer, recommended repairs have been declined on a consistent basis.
