Wade Roberts Plumbing

A new hot water tank should cost $2500-3000. Not at Wade Roberts - they charge $5000! They ripped off my elderly parents because they never got quotes. $1500 unit (with plumber discount) total bill $5000. Wade Roberts added a “senior discount” which turned out to $1000 per hour for installation! Unbelievable! When we called, they said they don’t charge by the hour. Perhaps no one would pay $1000 per hour if they wrote it on the bill?!

I had a water tank replaced. The service was fast and well done. People working behind the desk and plumbing were polite, knowledgeable, flexible and charged what they quoted. I will use them for plumbing issues from now on.

I looked doubtfully at our water heater standing in the basement in a pool of water which hadn't been there previously and called Wade Roberts Plumbing. They took some details and *** showed up within two hours with a new heater of the right size in the back of the truck. He accepted the attentions of our enthusiastic retriever with great patience and got to work: in another two hours we had a new working heater, everything professionally and tidily completed. I would not hesitate to contact them again for plumbing services.

The commitment to friendly customer service was apparent with the very first phone call. When the plumber arrived, not only did he put his booties over his shoes to protect my floor but the immediately rectified a few sloppy things the other plumber didn't do like caping off the pipe to limit fumes and securing off the water shut off valves. The estimate was very, very thorough and clear. The recommendations were honest. He even advised against doing a couple of things.
I got a Christmas card from them and that's exactly how I felt. Like my family taking care of me and looking out for me.

Even though our first call was non-emergency late Friday, Wade Roberts Plumbing quickly dispatched plumber *** to replace our weeping gas water heater. I felt we could nurse it through the weekend but early Saturday it became an emergency replacement situation. *** quickly responded and arrived with a replacement unit. In only a few hours it was installed and running. Even with my limited technical background I could tell *** was being very thorough and explained each step as he went. He then surveyed the whole house and found most was in order and had only a few recommendations for upgrades. Very personable and friendly, professional and thorough. We were truly impressed by this ultra-positive experience.
