Review: Although the business indicated that I can order my own pizza, I have been charged $80 ($10 per pizza) after they claimed that it was miscommunication

I have spoken to [redacted] (apparently the owner) on 10/23/13 and he told me that it is ok to bring our own pizza. The package that we purchased included 3 pizzas and that we could bring our own if we wanted to. At least that was my understanding until the day of the even when my pizza arrived and they told me that I cannot serve it and that I have to order everything through them. They charged me extra $10 per pizza ($80) total before they let me server it. It's their business and they can certainly make the rules, but they need to communicate better to avoid this types of situations.Desired Settlement: I'm seeking a refund of $80.

Company states that the policy of "no outside food" is provided all over their store and their advertising. This policy is displayed on their website, all over their facility as well as on all of their contracts and paperwork. He states that the consumer acted inappropriately with his staff when they wouldn't allow him to bring in the outside food, which was completely uncalled for. And despite the consumer's behavior he also made sure that the balloon twisting and face-painting was free of charge due to the consumer's unhappiness, which would have been approximately $125.00. Consumer is not entitled to a refund.
