I accidently bought the Pro version of this plugin for a client instead of “Download Monitor” for $59. I realized my mistake after installing and it wasn’t working with the Gravity Forms extension add-on I had purchased.

So, I requested a refund from them within an hour and they haven’t gotten back to me about it. I also tried contacting their parent company W3 Eden. I believe based in Bangladesh.

Hecne, be careful to make sure you need the plugin and pro version before you buy it. Also, that their support team does not respond to you.
