This customer received service in November of and at the time of the repairs we had a constant problem with gaining entry to complete the work and her husband actually pulled a gun on our foreman during the initial work that was doneWe completed the job and provided a one year warranty on all
workThis customer has called our office over the last years yelling and screaming about repairs that were not under our scope of work nor that we completed From the time we complete until the present this customer has called with nonsense complaints that we repaired that was from neglectFixing the door knob several times coming out for complaintsThis last time we were asked to come out in July of this customer got verbally assaulting and very upset when we requested a service fee for the service call of grass growing through the cracks of the concrete we installedThe customer cursed our staff and stated they would not pay one dime for work and made rude comments to our staffUpon going to the property with no service fee we informed them that the ivy from there neighbor’s yard had grown on their property and that there was no damages done to the work we performedWe are completed confused why this customer one will not adhere to the one year warranty and why they feel the need to contact our company with nonrelated issuesWe also made no reference to her native American status that is a complete lie we are a minority owned business and we do not discriminate under any circumstances Thank youJuanita J***
