Review: On Friday 6/13 I spoke with [redacted] in Service asking for a service call to repair a hose that was spraying water in the pump room of our unattended car wash, and, if they had time, to look at a small leak at the water softener. No one came out. I called again on 6/18 speaking again with [redacted], and someone finally came out, but did not fix the hose, and I got a call that they could not fix the water softener, but that it would require a plumber. I believe that call was from [redacted]. I had to travel out of town, and my partner did not realize that we were still waiting for the hose repair, so they got a third call on 6/24 which finally got the hose repaired. Beyond the abhorrent customer service (three calls to get a hose repaired), I am being billed for travel time and labor for both visits (invoices [redacted] and[redacted]). I do not feel that it is appropriate to bill me for a service call that a) was not performed on time and b) did not attempt to address the problem that I called about even though c) the person sent had to splash through the puddles caused by the spraying hose.I exchanged emails with [redacted] on 6/27 indicating my frustration with this process and the likelihood that I would be double-billed, and I received the second bill on 7/2, which indicates to me that he has no interest in correcting the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the invoice for the first service call (1 hr of travel time, 2 hours labor, fuel assist charge) to be refunded in whole. I am requesting this because there is no reason for me to be charged for two trips, the stated issue was ignored, and two hours of labor to tell me I need to call a plumber (the leak was at a single compression joint) is ridiculous.

Mr. [redacted] and I met with Mr. [redacted] and resolved these issues to his satisfaction. However I could not find records were he and I exchanged emails in reference to these issues.
